Position Overview:
The Operations & Sales Stylist plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day function of our flagship salon while providing exceptional service to our clients. This hybrid role combines key administrative responsibilities with select sales appointments, ensuring both operational excellence and a refined client experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational Duties
- Oversee daily salon opening and closing procedures to maintain a polished, organized environment.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams on gown status, rush inquiries, deliveries, and alterations timelines.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, including sample tracking, incoming shipments, and outgoing loaners/returns.
- Support backend tasks such as managing client files, processing payments, and generating daily/weekly sales reports.
- Ensure the salon floor, fitting rooms, and back-of-house remain showroom-ready.
- Handle vendor communications and assist with prepping trunk shows, private events, and designer visits.
Client-Facing & Sales Responsibilities
- Take select bridal appointments, delivering a warm, knowledgeable, and luxury-level experience.
- Assist on the sales floor as needed to support high-demand days, events, or VIP clients.
- Provide thoughtful gown recommendations and guide brides through the selection, ordering, and customization process.
- Capture detailed client notes to ensure seamless follow-up and high client satisfaction.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
